Our standard handling time is 1 business day, which means that most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping: Our free shipping option typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
  • Paid Shipping: We also offer paid shipping options for customers who require faster delivery. These orders are prioritized above free shipping orders and may be shipped on the same day if placed early in the morning and our warehouse is not too busy.

Shipping Locations:

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders shipped to the East Coast will arrive faster than those shipped to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method.

Paypal eCheck Orders:

If you choose to pay for your order using Paypal eCheck, please note that it may take 5-7 days for the payment to be processed. Your order will be shipped once the payment is received, rather than when the order is submitted.

Shipments Mistakenly Marked Delivered:

In the rare event that your order's tracking information shows that it has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. Please note that sometimes, the shipping carrier may mistakenly mark an order as delivered, and the package may arrive the following day.

If the package is indeed lost and cannot be located by the shipping carrier, we will be happy to reship your order with signature required to ensure its safe delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. We will make every effort to correct the address before shipping the order. However, please note that if the order has already been shipped to an invalid address and is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to the correct address. In some cases, we may choose not to reship orders to old addresses that are not returned if we suspect any suspicious circumstances.

Paid Shipping Refunds:

We strive to ensure that your order is shipped on time and using the correct shipping method. However, we cannot control any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Therefore, we generally do not refund shipping costs if the order has been shipped on time and with the correct shipping method. However, if the delay is due to our mistake or if the wrong shipping method was purchased, we will gladly provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
